Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on Revent AI Lab (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Revent AI Lab is a multi-tenant platform that lets businesses install productized AI agents into their workspace. Each agent is a discrete subscription billed monthly in US dollars via Stripe. Agents may access third-party data sources (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics) only with your explicit OAuth authorization.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or session with others. A workspace is owned by the user who created it; only owners and admins may install or remove agents and manage billing.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid agents are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the cancellation flow. We do not refund partial months. Pricing may change with thirty (30) days’ written notice via the email on file.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) use the Service to violate any law, (b) attempt to access another workspace’s data, (c) reverse-engineer or resell the Service without written consent, or (d) abuse the platform in a way that materially degrades it for other users (e.g. credential stuffing, scraping at volume, denial-of-service).

6. Data and confidentiality

Workspace data is encrypted at rest with per-workspace data encryption keys. We do not sell your data. Aggregate, anonymized usage signals may be used to improve the Service. See Privacy Policy for details.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from /app/account (delete-account flow ships in a follow-up release; until then, contact support). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your encrypted data is permanently destroyed via cryptographic erasure of the workspace DEK.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of agent outputs. Outputs from AI agents are probabilistic and should be reviewed before use in any material decision.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the most recent version is always at /terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email on file at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
